Problem Solving with Emotional Intelligence (12 hours)

Upon completion of this programme, learners will be able to:

  • A1: Diagnose underlying causes of issues by considering wider contexts
  • A2: Encourage behaviours and practices for team members that promote effective problem-solving approaches and continuous improvement
  • A3: Facilitate exercises with different stakeholders to develop big picture thinking approaches to inform solution development
  • A4: Collaborate with other stakeholders to seek opinions on potential solutions
  • A5: Develop experiments to test potential solutions
  • A6: Determine the constraints and risks associated with potential solutions

She has a Masters of Training and Development from Griffiths University and a Masters of Business Administration from University of Western Australia. She is also ACTA certified.
