Split into three modules, this course will guide you through the process of identifying and maximizing opportunities for learning and self-reflection, deploying various learning approaches in different settings, and establishing an organizational culture of continuous learning.

Module 1: Identify opportunities and targets for learning to facilitate continuous career development

The first module of the CCS course will teach you how to identify opportunities for continuous career development. You will learn how to set clear and achievable goals for your career, and how to assess your current skills and knowledge to identify areas for improvement.

Module 2: Deploy various learning approaches in different settings to maximise opportunities for learning and self-reflection and measure their impact on the achievement of career goals

The second module of the CCS course will teach you how to deploy various learning approaches in different settings to maximize your opportunities for learning and self-reflection. You will learn about the different types of learning, including formal and informal learning, and how to choose the best approach for each situation.

Module 3: Establish an organisational culture of continuous learning to encourage the adoption of new learning approaches and identification of new learning opportunities

The third and final module of the CCS course will teach you how to establish an organizational culture of continuous learning. You will learn how to encourage others to adopt new learning approaches and identify new learning opportunities, and how to measure the impact of these approaches on the achievement of career goals.

Upon completion of this programme, learners will be able to:

  • A2: Identify areas of strengths and development needs by internalising experiences, feedback and knowledge acquired
  • A3: Set learning goals in line with development needs, interest areas and career plans

She has a Masters of Training and Development from Griffiths University and a Masters of Business Administration from University of Western Australia. She is also ACTA certified.
