  • A2: Operate identified digital technology tools, systems and software to perform own work processes and activities
  • A3: Present information using identified digital technology tools, systems and software

She has a Masters of Training and Development from Griffiths University and a Masters of Business Administration from University of Western Australia. She is also ACTA certified.
