This comprehensive course is designed to help you develop the critical core skills necessary to interact with others and promote inclusivity in the workplace. With three modules, you'll learn how to:

Module 1: Demonstrate sensitivity to the differences in diversity dimensions and perspectives

Module 2:Manage relationships across diverse groups within the organization

Module 3: Oversee the development and implementation of processes and practices that build an inclusive work environment and enable diverse groups to work effectively together.

Workplace Diversity and Inclusivity (14 hours)

(Building Inclusivity - Basic)

Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of this programme, learners will be able to:

  • A1: Demonstrate understanding of different types of personal values, beliefs, perceptions and attitudes when interacting with diverse groups
  • A2: Conduct oneself in accordance with the organisation's inclusion policies and practices
  • A3: Participate in interactions with diverse groups within the organisation
  • A4: Adopt active listening and demonstrate respect for and acknowledge diverse perspectives or differences
  • A5: Assess own behaviour to identify unconscious biases when operating in a diverse environment
  • A6: Support the development of inclusivity-related communication materials

Building Inclusivity in the workplace (12 hours)

  • A3: Champion support for the needs of diverse groups within the organisation
  • A4: Design open and psychologically safe environment for the expression of diverse views
  • A5: Manage conflicts and address non-inclusive behaviours
  • A6: Champion the organisation's inclusion-related communication efforts across internal and external platforms

A former Singapore Armed Forces Human Resource practitioner, Irene is backed with 30 years of experience covering the HR value chain and operations. Her critical strengths lie in effective communication skills, strong interpersonal relationships, coaching and counselling, strategy planning and management, process re-engineering, operations management, leadership and management, decision-making. She has a Masters of Training and Development from Griffiths University and a Masters of Business Administration from University of Western Australia. She is also ACTA certified.

Steven has more than 30 years' experience in senior management and consulting, coaching, and training. He is passionate about helping people achieve success in different seasons of their personal and professional lives. Believe everyone has talents and potential.     This program is designed to enhance the computational modelling skills of business intelligence professionals. Participants will learn to identify appropriate statistical algorithms and data models to test hypotheses or theories. They will gain proficiency in utilizing a variety of statistical methods and analytics approaches to analyze data. The course also covers using analytics platforms and analytical tools based on specific requirements for analytics and reporting. Participants will develop the ability to conduct statistical modeling of data, derive patterns and solutions, and assess the effectiveness of models through tests on actions and outcomes. Additionally, the program includes performing coding and configuration of software agents or programs based on selected models or algorithms, proposing and implementing changes or updates to improve models or algorithms, and diagnosing unintended outcomes produced by analytical models.
