Each topic contained in the module will help you how to create and efficient virtual team, manage resilience and build organisation sustainability, as well as how to communicate virtually and engage for work productivity.

Remote working has become popular these days. Plenty of workers say that they’re more productive working from home and that remote work opportunity has made them feel happier at their job. Module 1: The Efficient Virtual Team (Mapped to Lead a Virtual Team (Synchronous e-learning)

This module focuses on developing a team for virtual collaboration to achieve organisational goals. Staff learn the various aspects of virtual collaboration and the how-to to work with one another. Managers & leaders will focus on how they can make the virtual team effective and manage the achievement of results.

Module 2: Manage Resilience & Build Organisation Sustainability (Mapped to Manage Workplace Challenges with Resilience (Synchronous e-learning)

Why do some people seem to be able to cope better than others in this troubling times? This module addresses the skillset to manage workplace challenges and the ability to stay resilient. The interactive workshop includes psychometric tests and diagnostic techniques to help individuals to identify areas to develop themselves, manage stress and thereby contributing to their organisation to remain sustainable.

Module 3: Virtual Communication & Engagement for Work Productivity (Mapped to Facilitate Effective Communication and Engagement at the Workplace (Synchronous e-learning)

This module addresses the skillset to promote effective virtual communication within teams and use appropriate communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills to build rapport and relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers and resolve conflicts through negotiation while considering diversity issues.

English Language Proficiency Requirement:

Be able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualifications (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) level 4.

Core knowledge for all modules is delivered via online learning. Almost all modules will involve learning through projects, which may be on an individual or group basis. Sessions are facilitated by subject matter experts who are highly qualified with years of domain experience in the world of digital marketing and campaign strategies. These sessions will build the learners’ knowledge and abilities in key areas as defined by the SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) framework.

1. Singaporeans and Permanent Residents have to meet the following conditions to be eligible for SSG fund, failing which the 
participant will be liable to pay the full course fees to Training Vision Institute.

a) Met minimum 75% in attendance and in E-learning hours

b) Qualify as Competent in all WSQ Assessments

c) Met other SSG eligibility criteria

2. Singapore Citizens can use their SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) to offset the course fee after subsidies.
3. Participant with Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) can apply to use the PSEA fund for the course fee.
4. Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) are not included. A non-refundable application fee of $53.50 for local students and $214 for international students will apply.

KEY Facilitators
Celina Anne Gan

Before becoming a trainer, Celina worked in the healthcare and legal industries. She was a registered nurse and midwife in several NHS hospitals in the UK, single-handedly ran an airforce-based ante-natal clinic and conducted parent craft classes in London. Then she took legal studies in UK and Spain and worked as a legal consultant in the UK, Spain, and Malaysia. Her enriched experience for over 20 years gave her the know-how in working, training and coaching participants from different cultures and work backgrounds across languages. She is currently a trainer, coach and assessor in the International Business Simulation Program at Regent’s University London, addressing ability for leadership and team building, people development, personal mastery and communication skills.

Irene Wee

Irene Wee has more than 20 years of experience in Human Capital Management and Development. Her expertise has been in HR Strategy Review & Planning, Competency Modelling, Change Leadership Development, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management and Organizational Development, and HR Operations and Management. Irene’s career experiences came from both the public and the private sectors where she can influence, grow and build organizations’ human resource management and development.

Jimmy Goh

In the last 5 years, Jimmy has delivered as an adjunct lecturer, accounting, banking & corporate finance modules for degrees offered by British universities in Singapore. He has trained operational, supervisory, and managerial staff and conducted talks for a diverse group of clients from government agencies, non-profit organizations, financial services, manufacturing, education, hospitality, healthcare, transportation, sales as well as marketing. Currently, he also advises and assists his clients on corporate strategies and financing, personal data protection and talent acquisition.

For face-to-face class, a hard copy learner’s guide will be given, for L1 and L3 modules. For L4 and L5 modules, materials are available in TVI Online (Learning Management Systems).


Our course consultant will advise you if you need to bring along a laptop. You also have the option to loan a laptop from us for the duration of the course. You may also want to bring along a jacket in case the room gets cold.

For online classes, do ensure you have a functional laptop and have Zoom installed prior to class.

You are required to have basic computer navigational skills such as opening and closing, dragging and dropping, copying and pasting of files.
